At Prodogi, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to have a good experience with your order. If something isn't right, please reach out and we'll work with you to resolve it.
Fresh Breath Satisfaction Guarantee (First Order)
We want your dog's first experience with Prodogi to be risk-free. If you or your dog aren't satisfied with your first order, we'll refund it in full — no return needed and no restocking fee.
To claim it, contact us at info@prodogi.com or (215) 436-9370 within 30 days of receiving your first order, and let us know how your dog responded. We'll process a full refund of the product cost to your original payment method. No return is required — keep the remaining product, give it to a friend, or donate it.
One guarantee claim per household. Applies to first-time customers only and to the product cost; original shipping charges are non-refundable. Not combinable with other promotional refunds or discounts. The 30-day claim window begins on the delivery date of your first qualifying order and does not reset with replacement or subsequent shipments.
The Fresh Breath Satisfaction Guarantee applies only to purchases made directly through prodogi.com. It does not apply to purchases made through Amazon, Chewy, TikTok Shop, or other third-party retailers, which are subject to those platforms' own return policies.
Prodogi reserves the right to deny Fresh Breath Satisfaction Guarantee claims in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, resale activity, or misuse of this guarantee. This guarantee may be modified or withdrawn for future purchases at any time.
Standard Returns
For any order beyond the first-order guarantee — including repeat and subscription orders — the following applies.
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, you'll need your order number or email receipt as proof of purchase. Before sending anything back, please contact us first so we can review your request and provide return instructions. You can reach us by email at info@prodogi.com or by call or text at (215) 436-9370. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.
New, unused, unopened product is eligible for a refund within the 30-day window. Because our products are consumable and intended for pet health use, opened product can only be returned if you experienced an issue with quality, palatability, or a reaction. Items that are damaged due to misuse, stored improperly, or returned outside the 30-day window are not eligible for a refund.
For eligible non-defective returns, a $10 restocking fee is deducted from the refund, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. This restocking fee does not apply to returns caused by our error, damaged items, defective items, incorrect items, or approved Fresh Breath Satisfaction Guarantee refunds. (For example, if you receive a repeat or subscription shipment you no longer want, you may return it unopened within 30 days for a refund of the product cost, less the $10 restocking fee and return shipping. You can pause, skip, or cancel a subscription anytime before your next billing date from your account — see our Subscription Policy.)
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and the packaging. We'll make it right — typically by sending a replacement or issuing a refund, at no additional cost to you. No restocking fee applies, and we cover return shipping.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return (or review your issue for damaged or defective items), we'll notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund — this can take up to an additional 5 to 7 business days depending on your financial institution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund: items marked as final sale, products purchased more than 30 days ago, opened product returned without a quality-related reason or Fresh Breath Satisfaction Guarantee claim, and free gifts or promotional items.
Exchanges
We don't process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order separately.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time, including to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will post the revised Refund Policy on this website, update the "Last updated" date, and provide notice as required by applicable law.
