Shipping policy

At Prodogi, we want to get your order to you quickly, safely, and at no surprise cost. This Shipping Policy explains where we ship, how long it takes, and how we handle common shipping situations.

Where We Ship

Prodogi currently ships to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as Puerto Rico. We ship to residential addresses, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Shipping Rates

  • Continental United States: Free standard shipping on all orders.

  • Non-Continental United States & Territories (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico): Ships at a flat rate of $8 per order.

Handling Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped from our Texas-based fulfillment center within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times

Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

Continental U.S. — 3 to 5 business days via standard ground shipping. Because our warehouse is located in Texas, customers on the West Coast and in the South tend to receive orders toward the shorter end of this window, while customers on the East Coast and in the Northeast tend to trend toward the longer end.

Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico — 5 to 8 business days from the date of shipment.

All delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Your total order-to-doorstep time will include both the handling time and the delivery time above.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. If you have an account, you can also view tracking information in your order history at prodogi.com.

Carrier Delays

Prodogi relies on third-party carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, for delivery of your order. Once a package is handed off to the carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. Prodogi is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If your tracking shows an unusual delay, please contact us and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier or resolve the issue.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with reshipping a returned package.

If you notice an address error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@prodogi.com or (215) 436-9370. We'll do our best to correct the address before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered the fulfillment process.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please take the following steps:

First, check with neighbors, household members, and common delivery locations such as porches, mailrooms, or building offices. Carriers sometimes mark a package as delivered up to 24 hours before actual delivery, so we recommend waiting one additional business day.

If your package still hasn't arrived after 5 business days from the "delivered" status, contact us at info@prodogi.com or (215) 436-9370 and we'll work with you to resolve the issue. Depending on the circumstances, this may include filing a claim with the carrier or arranging a replacement shipment.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the contents before opening and contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@prodogi.com. We'll work with you to send a replacement or issue a refund. See our Refund Policy for more information on damaged, defective, or incorrect orders.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time, including to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will post the revised Shipping Policy on this website, update the "Last updated" date, and provide notice as required by applicable law.
