Our subscribe-and-save program lets you save on every order and never run out of Prodogi dental strips. This Subscription Policy describes how your subscription works, how to manage or cancel it, and what to expect on renewal. By enrolling in a Prodogi subscription, you agree to the terms below in addition to our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

How Subscriptions Work

When you choose the Subscribe & Save option on a Prodogi product, you enroll in a recurring order that automatically ships and is billed at the frequency you select. Subscriptions automatically renew at the selected frequency until you cancel. There is no minimum commitment and no obligation to place additional orders.

Each subscription order includes the product and quantity you selected, shipped to the address on file, and billed to the payment method on file.

Pricing and Savings

Subscribers receive an additional 20% discount off the equivalent one-time purchase price, on top of any bundle savings. Your subscription price is the rate shown on the product page and at checkout when you enroll, and it remains the same on each renewal unless we notify you of a change at least 30 days in advance.

  • Continental United States: Free standard shipping on all orders.

  • Non-Continental United States & Territories (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico): Ships at a flat rate of $8 per order.

Delivery Frequency

You choose your delivery frequency when you enroll, and you can change it at any time. The frequencies available will be shown on the product page at the time of enrollment.

Renewal Reminder

As a courtesy, we send a reminder email approximately 3 days before each subscription renewal. We cannot guarantee delivery or receipt of these emails, and it is your responsibility to manage your subscription before each renewal. To help ensure you receive our emails, please add info@prodogi.com to your contacts and check your spam or promotions folder.

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription anytime — skip an order, change the frequency, update your shipping address or payment method, pause, or cancel — through our self-service portal at account.prodogi.com.

Cancellation and Change Requests

You can cancel or change your subscription at any time, with no cancellation fees and no minimum commitment.

The fastest way is through our self-service portal at account.prodogi.com, where changes take effect immediately.

If you contact us to cancel or change your subscription, we ask for at least 24 hours' notice before your next renewal date. We will do our best to accommodate last-minute requests, but we can only guarantee changes made at least 24 hours in advance. Requests made closer to the renewal may not be processed in time to affect the upcoming order.

Once a renewal has been charged, the order is committed. Please see the "Missed Cancellations" section below for how we handle this.

Missed Cancellations

We understand that reminder emails sometimes get missed. If you intended to cancel or modify your subscription but didn't reach us in time:

If the order has not yet shipped: Contact us and we'll cancel the order and issue a full refund, no questions asked.

If the order has already shipped: The order is subject to our standard Refund Policy. You may return unopened product within 30 days of delivery at your shipping expense.

First-time courtesy: If this is the first time you've missed a subscription cancellation with us, contact us and we'll refund the order as a one-time courtesy — no return required. Subsequent missed cancellations are handled under our standard Refund Policy.

Payment and Billing

Your payment method on file is automatically charged on each renewal date. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.

If a payment fails, we will retry the charge and notify you by email. If retry attempt fails, your subscription will be paused and your next order will not ship until you update your payment method through your account.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust the pricing of our subscriptions. If your subscription price changes, we will notify you via email at least 30 days prior to your upcoming renewal date. The new price will only apply to your subsequent billing cycle following the notice period. If you do not wish to accept the price change, you may cancel your subscription at any time before the new price takes effect.
